How ordering on Tapdaro works
Tapdaro sends your order straight to the restaurant's own kitchen. The restaurant makes your food and takes your money; Tapdaro (by Abizvo) runs the website and apps that carry the order. We add no service fee and no markup.
Ordering
How do I order for pickup?
Choose a restaurant, add dishes (with any choices the restaurant offers), pick "as soon as possible" or a time, and give your name and phone number. You don't need an account. You get an order number and a page that shows where your order is: received, preparing, ready, picked up.
How do I order at my table?
Scan the code on your table. The menu opens with your table already chosen; your order goes to the kitchen and staff bring it to you. Ordering again adds to the same table.
Are the prices the restaurant's own?
Yes — they come straight from the restaurant's own menu and change when the restaurant changes them. Tapdaro adds nothing on top. Tax is the restaurant's, as at the counter.
Allergies and special requests
Add a note to a dish for a request. For allergies, call the restaurant before ordering: the restaurant prepares the food, and only it can tell you what is in it and how it is made.
Paying
When do I pay?
Most restaurants let you pay when you pick up. Some also take payment online, through the restaurant's own payment account — the card is charged by the restaurant, not by Tapdaro. A restaurant may ask for some orders to be paid online first; the page says so before you order.
Is there a fee?
No. Tapdaro charges you nothing and charges the restaurant no commission on your order.
Cancelling and refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Call the restaurant — its number is on your order page. Once the kitchen has started, it is up to the restaurant.
The restaurant cancelled my order
Your order page shows why. If you paid online, the payment is refunded to the card you used; banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. If you paid at the counter, nothing was charged.
Missed pickups
What happens if I don't pick up?
If a restaurant records that nobody came for an order, your next orders on Tapdaro (at any restaurant, for 180 days) are paid online when you place them. Nothing else changes.
That isn't right — I did pick up, or the order went wrong
E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the restaurant's name. A person at Abizvo reviews it with the restaurant and, where it was a mistake, sets it aside.
Something wrong with an order
An item is missing or wrong
Tell the restaurant first — they can fix it on the spot. If you can't reach them, or it isn't resolved, e-mail [email protected] with your order number and we'll follow up with the restaurant.
The website or app didn't work
If an order didn't go through, you weren't charged for it. If you're unsure whether it did, open the order link you were given, or e-mail us — never pay twice before checking.
Who does what
The restaurant
Sets its menu, prices and hours; prepares the food; answers for allergens, food quality and the order you collect; takes your payment and handles refunds.
Tapdaro, by Abizvo
Runs the website and the apps, carries your order to the restaurant's kitchen and shows you its progress. Abizvo Inc. makes the software the restaurant runs its counter and kitchen on.
Your information
What do you keep, and who sees it?
Your name and phone number (and e-mail, if you give one) go with the order to that restaurant, so it can make it and reach you. If you sign in, your orders are kept in your account so you can see them again. We don't sell your information. Read the full privacy policy and terms.
